Tami Hochhalter, Director of Development

Tami was instrumental in the Co-Founding of The LifeGuard Group with her husband, Lowell. After eight years of working in the financial sector, she moved to work full-time with The LifeGuard Group. Growing up in rural Iowa, she saw the need to focus awareness and prevention efforts on those communities. Tami focuses on donor relations and the organization's fundraising details. Away from the daily grind of emails and phone calls, you can find her in the pasture with her two horses (for now), Louie and Mocha. It might surprise you to know, but she is quite the wrangler. She enjoys her garden but would trade it all for an extended time on the beach. (toes in the water, ... yep, you know the rest). Her favorite movie is For The Love of The Game, and her five-star book is The Mystery of Power Words. Oh yeah, her title of "Oma" is her favorite. (Grandmother for you non-german speaking folks)
