Few people embody the mission of hope, healing, and restoration as authentically as Holly Steele.

Holly serves as the House Manager for The LifeGuard Group and Crooked Tree Ranch, where she plays a vital role in the fight against human trafficking and the restoration of survivors. She oversees the daily operations of our safe house, creating an environment where women can experience safety, dignity, stability, and the opportunity to begin rebuilding their lives.

Her path to this work is a remarkable story of faith and purpose. After spending 13 successful years as a professional hairstylist in Virginia—building relationships and serving people from every walk of life—Holly felt God calling her to leave behind a career she loved and move across the country to Montana in pursuit of a greater mission: serving vulnerable individuals and helping bring freedom, hope, and healing to survivors of exploitation.

That same servant's heart continues to define everything she does. Holly is deeply committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care and is actively pursuing advanced certifications in trauma recovery while continuing her professional development through specialized training. Her dedication to lifelong learning reflects her desire to serve survivors with excellence, wisdom, and grace.

Above all, Holly's faith is the foundation of her life and the driving force behind her work. She believes every person deserves to be seen, valued, and given the opportunity to heal and thrive. 

Through her unwavering compassion, authentic leadership, and steadfast commitment to those she serves, Holly helps create pathways to restoration for survivors while advancing the mission to end human trafficking in our communities.

Holly came from the beautiful State of Virginia but has has found her new home in MONTANA.
