Heidi Stockbauer, Case Manager

Heidi holds the position of "personal assistant" or case manager for the residents at The LifeHouse. Having faced trauma as a child, she has turned that around to become a mother of 3 beautiful children whom she was able to raise into spectacular young adults. Yoga was a catalyst that empowered her to find the power to help herself and others break stereotypes and build support systems for women to see love and the power and strength to move forward. Twenty years into this journey, she stands on the other side of the trauma and actively helps those she encounters.

Jeremiah 29:11 is a statement that she holds onto as her foundation. She knows that God knows the plans for her life, moves past what the world says about her, and believes that she is uniquely and wonderfully made. The LifeGuard Group has given her a place for her life experience and talents to come together. She calls it "showing up as God intends." 

Her process involves helping each resident with their basic, daily journey.
